Progressing Cavity Pump

Stainless steel or cast iron structure of this pumping system is equipped with stainless steel rotor, direct coupling based driver and stator having EPDM or NBR seal. Offered in horizontal mounting design, this pump is suitable for transferring high viscosity fluid. Driven by step less motor, this Progressive Cavity Pump allows its operator to adjust its working speed non automatically. Motor controlled gear reducer of this machine helps to maintain stable operation of its rotor. Due to its low fluid velocity level, wear rate of all its movable parts is less.
